Greetings from Country Dawn Quilting

Hi Everyone

Now it's getting cooler ... time to start thinking about knitting, crochet and quilty projects perhaps?

What's new in store?

We've just got this gorgeous Possum/Merino yarn in from Countrywide Yarns. It's so cozy and light and knits up beautifully. There are 14 colours and it is very well priced at $13.80 for a 30 gram ball.

For something quite different we got some Portuguese cork fabric in to see what we could do with it. We've been having fun with the Brother ScanNCut cutting out bag panels and then making some really cute little ITH machine embroidery bags. Some of the surface designers are trying it out with their textile projects ... it does seem to have many applications and is easy to work with.

Good news for those of you that have been waiting for the Helmar quilt basting spray to return - it's now arrived after what seems to have been a very long wait!
